Registration and other fees for the 2009 Conjunction are listed below. To register, please print out this registration form (PDF format, requires Adobe Reader freeware to view) and return it, with payment, by July 18, 2009. Make checks payable to “The Conjunction” and send to Jack Megas, 311 Surrey Road, Springfield, MA 01118.
Registration: $15 per person (free for ages 17 and under; $17 after July 18)
Camping per night: $6 individual/$14 family
Campers who pay for two nights can stay a third night (Sunday night) for free.
Conjunction T-Shirt: $13 each (sizes medium, large, and x-large; $15 after July 7 and at the Conjunction) Saturday evening buffet dinner: $17/$11 under the age of 12
If you decide at the last minute that you want the dinner buffet, please call Dave Gallup at 413-525-4697 no later than Thursday, July 23.
